“I was disappointed to receive the June pack twice. However customer service did offfer me a $20 replacement off the site it still not the same as you get 2 items in the club & now I‚Äôm only getting one. Also, I was told the July packs are gone yet a couple days later on social media I see them being offered to customers in my situation! I was really looking forward to that set as it was rose gold & that is my favorite. The June was silver & so is august. Sigh”

I have been getting the monthly jewelry club and first off it came way later than it was supposed to and it was not even the right one. I received the same jewelry as the month before. “I began my subscription July 8th, expecting to get the July pack because that's when it was supposed to launch and I had clicked on a PV Instagram ad to purchase. They sent me the June pack instead and when I emailed them about it, they replaced it with what I assume is the August pack. I emailed them again about the issue and I reveived the exact same email. I'm disappointed that I never got what I originally signed up for and that I've never spoken to a real person about the problem. I would not recommend this subscription at all.”
