“My daughter loves Pure Vida jewelry. So I wanted to surprise her with a 6-month subscription for her August birthday. The first package arrived and it was the July jewelry - not the August jewelry. Okay, no worries - July‚Äôs package was nice and she was happy with it. Thought we would receive the August jewelry next - nope. Apparently for some strange reason they purposely skip a month and move on to September. September‚Äôs jewelry came with two pieces - a really cool ring (love!) and an ear cuff. My daughter was thrilled with both pieces - but unfortunately the ear cuff didn‚Äôt fit and kept falling off. We reached out to let Pure Vida know and ask if we could possibly exchange this piece since it was unwearable. Got a quick response - no. No returns and no exchanges. Very disappointed. Hoping the next few months improve...not sure I will continue the subscription.”
