“I have been a member for a couple of months and the last two months I haven‚Äôt received what the monthly jewelry was supposed to be for that month. It is very disappointing because I do want the monthly jewelry but I never seem to get what it is supposed to be. I have had repeats of jewelry that I already have and I do get it fixed, however it is still sad and doesn‚Äôt make sense to be in a jewelry club if you don‚Äôt receive the right jewelry for each month because it is sold out? Wouldn‚Äôt you make sure to have enough jewelry for the members each month?”
