“I ordered 4 items for Christmas. 1st package comes… 2 out of the 4 items were wrong. I contact customer service and they say they’re sending the missing 2 items. Second package comes (after Christmas) and 1 of the 2 items were wrong again! Contact customer service again and they say I have to order something totally different than what I really want because of some technical problem (even though this ring set is STILL currently being sold on their website). So I order something different like they tell me to. STILL HASN’T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED and it’s been a week! What the hell? I’ll never buy from this company again.”
