“I placed my order Nov 22 well before Christmas. The engravable items said they take an extra 2 to 3 days so I figured this was enough time. I placed a large order close to 300 dollars. Received part of my order Dec 24th! Had to get alternate gifts and couldn't even return the ones I had purchased because they are engraved. Then after Christmas received the rest of my order. I was very upset and tried emailing with no reply. Yet they say not to send more than one email because it delays the return. I completely understand that but if I had not sent multiple emails I would have never gotten a reply! In general this was an awful experience. I wasn't offered anything for all the I convenience and while I'm aware the world is all short staffed due to the pandemic, there was no communication about the status of my order ever. I doubt I will ever purchase again despite how much my kids love pura vida. This is not particularly a review on the product as it was fine.”
