“I've owned Pura Vida rings and I'm happy with them, but unfortunately after my latest experience it has become less likely that I'll continue shopping form them.
Although it's "free shipping", they do not pay for customs and duties for international shipping -- which is absolutely ok and understandable, but this charge is not pointed out at any point during the shopping process. My order was a gift and now the recipient has to pay for it :(
According to a customer service rep, the charge is mentioned in the FAQs, but frankly it is unreasonable to expect me to read everything on the website before placing an order. Just wanted to bring this to the Pura Vida team's attention; making this charge more explicit in the shopping process (especially if someone enters an international shipping address) would make for a much nicer shopping experience.”

“The arrow and wave rings i got were really cute, it was just a right fit for me. The bracelets have cute colors too, i just wish it doesnt have the sticky stuff on it and the locks you pull could‚Äôve been more loose because it‚Äôs sticking out when you pull them. But overall, theyre awesome.”
