“I was SUPER disappointed in my recent Pura Vida purchase. When I received my package the actual ring I ordered was not included in the packaging. Only a string bracelet and a toe ring. I reached out toCustomer service and it took them about 5 days to get back to me. The rep was not very good at communicating, and I didn‚Äôt feel like I was being heard. By the time she was able to resolve my issue The ring I originally ordered was out of stock. She asked me to pick out another ring, so I picked out the same ring only in silver, and when she was sending it out and she acted like she was doing me a favor. The ring I ended up with is pretty, but not actually what I wanted. I was never offered a refund, and I didn‚Äôt even feel like I actually got a sincere apology for the mistakes on their end. As for the surprise ring I received, it was a toe ring. Some people probably love toe rings, but when I‚Äôm orderingA surprise ring , and they asked me for my size, I expect a Ring that will go on my finger. I don‚Äôt wear toe rings, so all in all this entire experience has been a disappointment. I typically love the products,However I will only be buying them in boutique stores, the online experience was terrible.”
