“Unfortunately, I have not yet received my order. I purchased the Moonstone Double Stone Ring on 11/27 and got a notification email that it was shipped on 11/30. The tracking never updated again after that. It still says it‚Äôs been sent to DHL and that‚Äôs it. I reached out to Pura Vida on 12/20 and got an email back saying they would follow up with a tracking update. That‚Äôs the last I‚Äôve heard from them and I still haven‚Äôt received the order. I hate writing bad reviews but I felt like that was the only way to get their attention to rectify this situation.”
