“Firstly the mail had lost our parcel and I needed 3 attempts with long queues to collect it. The wave rings look beautiful individually, but the gold and silver one have a different wave shape, so cannot be worn together.”
“I ordered multiple items and did not realize that I ordered the smallest ring size in the wave rings. My wife and I both attempted multiple times to contact your company via the telephone and online. As I'm sure you are aware, your telephone customer service may not be an area of focus for your company. My intent was to include some of the wave rings in Christmas gifts but I messed up and ordered all size 5. Love the products but it was disappointing to not be able to fix my own mistake.”
“The pura vida site itself is easy to access and appealing which made the process of selecting products to buy anything but difficult. However upon receiving my purchase, I found that the gold wave ring I purchased had been damaged in the shipping process. The damage was that the wave of the ring was flattened as opposed to being in a round ring shape. I tried to bend it back but the ring continued to loose it's shape and made it uncomfortable to wear. The two other wave rings I bought though, rose gold and silver, remained intact in the shipping process.”
