“I would like to start off with how much I love pura vida bracelets. They are cute and the proceeds can go to different charities. Love it. The most recent purchase I made though, I was a little disappointed. It took almost two weeks for my order to be shipped, not delivered, but actually shipped. Whenever I tried to get a response on what was going on, it took multiple tries to hear from somebody. I'm hoping that this is just a one time occurrence.”
“I love the bracelets and ring I received, but the estimated shipping time is a lie. It took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive. I got the shipping confirmation where the tracking number didnt work, contacted support for the correct tracking number, and found out it hadnt even left the facility till a week after it claimed it shipped. My roommate who ordered days after me recieved her order a week before I received mine. Disappointing.”
