“I ordered this ring as a replacement for one my child lost at the beach. She lost the identical ring. So, I place the order Sunday morning and later that day we found the lost ring in my car. I sent an email immediately to cancel the second order. I was informed that the order was being processed and could not be canceled, even though it was Sunday and you guys were not pulling orders. I emailed back and forth with customer service and even though the order did not even ship until Friday(five days later), which tells me that there was plenty of time to cancel the order or even choose another item, which i mentioned, I was told no.
I had planned to order other items, but will not be doing so now. I am very disappointed that no one would work with me on resolving the issue.”
