“I saw an add for this company on Instagram and was immediately intrigued. Their advertisements have gorgeously composed pictures, so of course I was drawn in. I ordered a ring from them (the wave ring; it's adorable), and THOUGHT I properly followed the instructions to receive a free bracelet with my purchase. (Spoiler alert: I did not. I did not follow the directions correctly and I checked out before my promo code could be properly applied.)
I contacted them about my mistake and they took care of it immediately. I did not have to wait long for the package to arrive, and it was wrapped up beautifully. The ring came in a cool canvas pouch, along with some literature about the company and its roots. The free bracelet I received with the ring purchase is so comfortable and aesthetically pleasing that I haven't taken it off since.
