“I unfortunately lost my original wave ring after wearing it every day for almost 5 years and ordered a new one. The first ring I ordered was improperly shaped and they were kind enough to send a replacement. The second one, although better shaped, has already tarnished despite having it for less than 2 weeks. I am very disappointed in how poor the quality has become and will no longer purchase the Pura Vida brand.”

“I wish I could give a review but I have never received my order. I originally placed my order on 6/10/24, have contacted customer service twice, they placed a reorder on 6/20/24 with one of my items being out of stock, and I still have not received my order with the tracking information never getting beyond a label being created. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.”
