“I had a wave ring that I wore religiously for about 4 years, without taking it off and loved it. Unfortunately it broke so I ordered a new one and it came completely flat. Giving 3 stars because it really is a great ring but customer service isn’t very good, and due to no call line the emails back and forth take forever. The shipping for a ring like this shouldn’t be in a flat envelope!”
