“Honestly, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. No consideration whatsoever for their customers. Rude. They are not willing to help in any way. Long story short, I asked what I could do about holding my order or returning it. The website says you will get a response within 3-5 business days. They finally answered me 8 days later and told me that they could have only done the refund before my items had shipped, and they had just shipped that day. I questioned them, if I would have gotten answer back within the 3-5 business days, then I would have gotten a refund? She answered yes but there was nothing she could do anymore. I asked if there was a solution to the problem. She flat out said no.”
