“My discount wasn‚Äôt applied on my order as promised. I got three emails after placing my order with a much bigger discount which I couldn‚Äôt use until my next purchase. There is no return policy. I asked to cancel my order and they said it had already shipped which is interesting because I had two custom pieces in it that wouldn‚Äôt ship for two weeks. My order actually shipped three weeks later, was said to be delivered and has not been. I have a ring doorbell that records all deliveries and I‚Äôve received nothing. It‚Äôs been 17 days since it was supposed to be delivered. They will not replace my order or refund my money so now I have to seek legal action. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND PICK A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY HELPS PEOPLE INSTEAD OF LYING ABOUT IT”
