“My first (order) package was a loss cause , it was never delivered to my home. I contact them and asked me to wait for few days just to make sure it did or not. It’s the holiday so I know lots of packages get lost or damage. Once I told it didn’t arrive , they didn’t hesitate to replace my order. Awesome service! & loved my new rings etc.”
