“Not happy with the company in the sense that it is extremely difficult to speak to a human when there is a problem with an order. I had ordered some items that had ordered Dec. 1st for Christmas presents. When I saw that Christmas was close and I had not received it it was difficult to find numbers to call. I was directed to another company that then in turn told me I should receive it soon. When I checked to track the status of the items, it stated only ‚Äú label created‚Äù. To communicate with pura vida you need to email someone. I did but I didn‚Äôt hit get a response so i reached out in Instagram and then emailed again with my frustration. Then someone emailed me back. They told me if I still didn‚Äôt receive them to email them again to send me the items again at no cost. Hey did but I received it in January past Christmas.”
