“I originally ordered the Seeing Stars Band Ring in a size 6 only to receive the ring tarnished and damaged. The ring was also too small and did not fit me. I was able get in contact with customer service to exchange the ring for one that was not damaged and was a size 7. However, the new ring they sent me was also tarnished and damaged. I have never had an issue with Pura Vida jewelry before, but have not had any luck in getting this ring.”
