“I did not receive a new pave wave ring, as the second one I received to replace my damaged original one was also damaged upon arrival. I am bummed I had to choose a different item instead of receiving a non-damaged pave wave ring, but I am still impressed by this company and their courtesy towards good customers like myself. I am happy with my star hoop earrings as a replacement item, although they were cheaper than what I paid for my pave wave ring. I am a big fan of Pura Vida products and hope to find some merchandise when I soon travel to the place this company originated- Costa Rica!”
