“I ordered two rings for my teen daughters for Valentine’s Day gifts. I did expect them to arrive after Valentine’s Day because I only ordered them on 2/14. I did think I would receive them in Feb tho. I got an email saying the items shipped on 2/16 and then an email later saying they were delayed. Now it’s 3/5 and according to the tracking information, the rings have not changed location since they’ve been delayed. Therefore, I believe they’re stuck in transit. I did speak with someone from customer service and they were very helpful and are shipping new rings out now. I hope to receive them next week. I am only completing this review now because I was sent an email asking for me to review the items I’ve received. I feel as though the company should have checked to see if I actually received the items before asking me to review them.”
