“I ordered the wrong size ring for my daughter. I tried to start the exchange process on line only to be told my purchase was not eligible for exchange. I did not purchase on the two days that are listed as final sales days (black friday, cyber monday). There was also nothing listed on my purchase order or sales receipt stating that my sale was a final sale. And when I emailed the company to ask why my sale was ineligible for exchange I got no response. My suggestion is, do not order from Pura Vida because they apparently make some sales final without notice or explanation. The rings are beautiful, I would love for my daughter to be able to wear them.”
