“Got my ring in the mail and it was to small. Went to try and exchange/return it and the person I was messaging with was nice right away but then started to get very rude with me.
Was my first time ordering from them so I didn‚Äôt know what size to get and the site said you could exchange it but they weren‚Äôt allowing me to do that. Not sure how I feel about this company after my experience with them.”
