“Ordered 2 engraveable heart rings they came with no engraving. Reached out to the company to see if i could send them back to get them engraved. I was told no! That they were not able to do this. I am not sure if the person i spoke to during my chat was not well trained on the product line or what. But this ring is engravable and i can still order it via the website.”
