“I have always been happy with my Pura Vida items, but this one arrived crushed because it wasn't in any real protective packaging. I was able to bend it enough so my daughter could wear it, but it snapped in half less than a week later. She was so upset. She loved that ring. Really surprised they shipped it in just an envelope..its a ring with a crescent moon and a stone. How would it not get crushed by mail sorters if not at least in a box or something??”
