“Cute set! Customer service is always tricky to deal with but after I sent them pictures to show proof nothing came in the package but the backs they sent a replacement, however I requested a size 9 for the ring but was sent an 8. I was informed I could return them (I had to pay shipping) and they would ship out the different size upon receiving them.
Just really feel like customer service could do a much better job and do more to make their customer's have a positive experience and happy when things are said and done”
