“I asked to return a product and was told that you do not take returns. We would have even exchanged it...but to be stuck with something with no options is just bad business. These were all for gifts for teenage volleyball players and I would have ordered large quantities monthly for prizes and giveaways. I am looking for a different company for future orders due to your unwillingness to exchange or return an item that is unsatisfactory to us.”
