“The turquoise bar necklace in the set (which I purchased the set for) came black and tarnished. When I asked for a replacement , they said they are out of stock, yet you are still able to purchase the Blue Wave pack, so it must be in stock!! They won‚Äôt give me a refund either and there are no other necklaces I like. So... stuck with a black necklace. Many others have complained about the tarnishing. It‚Äôs too bad , because some of the stuff is really cute and I‚Äôve ordered many times. Not anymore!”
“Necklace was so tarnished I was to give it away as a birthday gift as planned. They want me to mail it back at my cost? All the earrings (3 pair) came in with bent poles. I was able to bend those back but I doubt they will last. I won‚Äôt order again.”
