“I like the idea of this product but when I used it for the first time, one of the clasps was sticky and didn’t open, and in trying to open it it broke off the whole body.
I was able to fix it because I have jewelry pliers but I was tempted to contact PV for a refund.
Since fixing it myself it works great, I love that it has a magnetic closure.”
“I really, really wanted to like this necklace clasp, as the quality is great and the magnet is strong. However, I fear that the quality was too good, making the clasp too heavy for the necklaces I had on it. I had three dainty gold necklaces on it and although it fixed the issue of them tangling on eachother, the weight of the clasp made everything pull backwards, causing the necklaces to choke me. Unfortunately I will have to find another alternative for my necklaces.”
“This product does what it is intended to do. The only season I rank it a 3 and not higher is because of how hard it is to get jewelry on it due to the magnetism.”
