“Seriously it is my favorite Pura Vita item. I have purchased quite a few. However, more than half of them stopped working. When they are working properly, the magnetic bars don't show. After using it a few times, the bars start coming out. Sometimes, brand new ones come that way. It is also terrible to return/exchange items with Pura Vita. I do everything they ask for and they always try to ask, "Can you use it like that? That looks pretty good to use." It makes me think that they don't know their products.”
