“Bought this for my daughter as a gift a few months ago for her birthday. She uses it several times a week. Fast forward a few months later and something happened to one side of the magnetic part of the clasp and it wasn’t holding together so she couldn’t use it anymore. She was bummed about it so I told her I would reach out and see what they could do. Sent an email about what happened showed a video of the problem and they responded a few days later letting me know a replacement was in the mail. The fact that they have a year warranty on the jewelry I purchased and resolved the problem quickly I know I will make future purchases.”
“I had high hopes for this. I wear multiple necklaces daily and was sick of them getting tangled. One necklace laches the opposite so I couldn’t use it for that. I don’t like that this hooks magnetic. Didn’t notice that when I bought it, when I was readjusting the necklaces it came undone and I almost lost them all. Won’t be using it anymore unfortunately”
