“My necklace came all tangled and almost broke. It was very disappointing to receive it in such a tangled mess. I sent a message to you via Instagram but it went unanswered. Luckily after careful maneuvering and patience, I was unable to untangle the necklace. I am happy with it but it tangles very easily and should be packaged better to avoid it happening again.”
