“Ordered two engraved necklaces and after only 9 days of having one of them the chain broke. It could not be replaced because it was engraved. I was told that they would replace it with another product of the same value. If I wanted another product I wouldn‚Äôt have ordered the engraved necklace. You honestly need to find a better alternative if your chains aren‚Äôt going to last any longer than 9 days. Needless to say I am very disappointed that I paid $30 for a necklace I only got to wear a little over a week. First and only time I will ever order from this company.”
