“I ordered two necklaces for my niece's Christmas gift. 10 days later, the shipping stopped tracking my package. When I contacted the shippers they said they hasn't received a package, just the slip. They told me to contact Pura Vida to find out what happened. I emailed them 3 times with no reply. The fourth email was to inform them that I had contacted visa to claim a fraudulent charge. I still have not heard back, but did receive a NEW email asking me to review my purchase (which I still haven't received). This company is a joke.”
