“I ordered this for one of my granddaughters to gift to her sister for Christmas. It came packaged in a cardboard envelope with no padding around it and was completely shattered. I immediately contacted customer service for a replacement. I informed them that it is a Christmas gift and would like it sent out immediately. That was 10 days ago & I do not yet have the replacement. I contacted them 4 days ago to ask if it had been shipped. They said that it had been shipped out, but not with available tracking. Our gift exchange is in two days & I am hoping it arrives by then. Therefore, my review with one star is more for customer service and shipping with poor packaging & no tracking, than for the necklace itself.”
