“Bought this for my girlfriend with our initials for our anniversary. Ordered it 11/19 and got delivered the wrong item on 11/27. Contacted them and they said they send the necklace free of charge as of 12/1. It’s now 12/11 and I’ve yet to receive the necklace or any other confirmation it was sent. It’s now long past our anniversary and I don’t think I’ll be using this company again.”
