“I ordered this necklace and received it broken. The clasp spring is totally messed up and won’t stay closed.
While trying to talk to someone about it they let me know they would ship a new one. The new one is lost some where because the tracking only showed “label created” so if it was even really sent it’s lost. When I reached back out about this issue they were going to send me a charm bracelet in its place which of course is sold out. I was offered a $25 or less gift off the website but I honestly just want the shark tooth necklace. I’m very disappointed because I’ve never had anything happen like this from puravida and I’m disappointed because I was so over the moon about this necklace.”
