It arrived 4 days late. There is a gap with the original shipper DHL and the USPS they hand off too. Zero communication or tracking information for 7 days. Shipping from start to finish is long enough but to throw this in the mix, has me wondering if it‚Äôs worth it. Your procurement department needs overhauled.”
