“I ordered 3 things from pura vida, a bracelet, a gift box, and the free gift that came with it. The gift box was supposed to have 2 bracelets at the least and the free gift was supposed to have one. I only received the one bracelet I specifically ordered and one more. Plus, the stickers all tore apart within a couple of days when exposed to a couple drops of water. I am upset with what Pura Vida is now doing and wondering why they made so many mistakes.”
