I reached out to Pura Vida and they want a picture of what we received. This step presents a problem as my granddaughter excitely opened pkg threw and everything away by the time we contacted you. “The product ordered and recieved very timely especially for all that is going on. The bracelets were all wonderful as expected. My only complaint is that my 14 year old was in tears when she opened her goodies only to find out that the gift box she ordered and paid for was only a box. The way it had read she had expected the box to have an item or two with it. I had her reread it after it had arrived and explained to her she needs to be a little more thorough in comprehending what she reads. Honestly 14 year old girls can be over emotional...she was in legit tears.”
