“I ordered on Dec. 15 and as of Jan 2 have not received it. First we got an email saying it was delivered and it wasn’t so customer service said to wait a few days. Dec 29 we got an envelope in our mailbox saying postage was due. We had already paid S&H. We left the money in the envelope and mail carrier still has not gotten it to us. PV customer service said they will reimburse us for the extra $3.62 with a receipt. There is no receipt once I gave the envelope back. Anyway, seems like a huge hassle that I have not experienced with any other holiday orders. PV customer service has been responding and asking for a refund. They have been responsive which is helpful.”
