“Love the bracelets as usual but again very disappointed I am not able to exchange the “pink” frosted stretch bracelet for a replacement since the frosted beads are white/clear. After sending a photo, Nash felt this is the way it should appear. If that were really true, it should be advertised clear frosted stretch beads - not pink! Oh well, I still love your products”
