“They shipped them in a flat envelope, so they arrived with the post bent down. I emailed them and they responded within a day and verified they sent out a second pair, which was great. However they resent them in flat envelope yet again and they arrived with post bent again. My husband used small pliers to straighten the second pair but that is a step I should not be taking. Pura vida should listen to the other customers who have complained about the same issue with earrings. Why on earth flat envelopes?? So I will not order any earrings again.
However they are just as cute in person as pictured. They come with metal backs and clear rubber backs.”
“Pretty sure I ended up paying for shipping and they sent it in an envelope and they arrived bent. I contacted customer service and they assured me they would send them differently but they arrived again in the same packaging bent. Super disappointed for the price I paid.”
