“I ordered this for a Christmas gift and it came shipped in a thick flat cardboard envelope. Of course when I opened it, the ring was smashed flat. I emailed for a new item and they did send me a new ring and expedited the shipping however it came in the same packaging and in the same condition, FLAT. I just had to reshape it to be in giving condition for my sister.”
