I received the wrong bracelet 2x in a row. So I wouldn't know how to rate thus product. Maybe next time.....

Never received and tried 2x to get this item. I've been contact with your customer service desk. They are truly the superstars behind the brand. They have gone above and beyond to help make this experience an easier one considering the circumstances. Thanks to all who have helped me with these issues. You guys are truly exceptional. The rating is low because of not receiving the product. The rating for your customer service team is 5 stars x 10. Truly awesome people you have there. Buy them lunch.

I don’t know whether or not I like the bracelet because I’ve never received this bracelet. I was sent the wrong thing when I ordered and have been sent the wrong thing each time they’ve “replaced” it. I have included a picture of what I keep receiving. You can tell they are not at all the same thing.

I ordered this bracelet, among others, on Dec 9 as a Christmas gift and when the order arrived, this and another bracelet were missing. I emailed and they sent another shipment, but this item was still missing. They kept sending me a bracelet with a silver charm and rainbow on it instead of the rainbow Chevron bracelet. After three attempts to fix this I now have three of the silver charm bracelet and never got the one I ordered. They said there must be a problem in their system so I should pick a different bracelet. I haven’t received the new item yet since processing and shipping seems to take more than 2 weeks. This was disappointing since I placed my first order on December 9, and wasn’t able to get my complete order in time for Christmas. I appreciate their willingness to help, but I probably won’t order from them again.

After three attempts of having received the incorrect bracelet—a rainbow charm on a blue string bracelet, I’ve given up on actually receiving the correct rainbow chevron bracelet. It’s too bad as I bought the matching choker for my niece and wanted her to have the bracelet as well. What a shipping fail—three times over.
