“This is cute bracelet. I bought it on sale so it's supposed to be final with no exchange or return. The first bracelet I received was damaged and very tarnished upon arrival. So I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded and sent out a replacement. The new one is shiny and great! The reason this is four stars is because the lobster clasp is supposed to hook directly to the paperclip chain but the width of the paperclip chain is thin so it's very hard to fit through the lobster clasp. It's difficult to put on or off by yourself however, with someone's assistance it can be done. Pura Vida has excellent customer service! Thank you for the replacement!”

“Had a severe allergic reaction yet I’ve never had a reaction to SS Jewelry. Had to immediately remove bracelet. Developed a horrible rash with red, blisters & bumps. It’s clearing up after Dr. wrote RX for a Creme.
