“This is a cute ring and I really wanted to like it but the design with two open hearts is awe terrible. It snags on everything! Gets stuck on my hair my clothes. Even pulled the yarn off my pillows bc it snags on anything. I got this for myself and as a gift to someone so it’s also embarrassing. If only I could return it but there’s no returns for this ring.”

“My daughter loved the ring! It was supposed to be a Valentine's gift, but because the Pura Vida's web page shipping inaccuracies, it came 4 days after it was suppose to arrive. I have ordered many times from Pura Vida, and received items on time. This time when I reached out for help, I received none. Really disappointed with the customer service.”
