“These earrings are adorable. Unfortunately, mailing them in a flat cardboard envelope which ruined them. They arrived with the posts horribly bent. I contacted customer service, and they were friendly and tried to be helpful. They sent a replacement pair…which also arrived bent. At this point, I asked if they could be mailed in a box rather than an envelope and if not, I requested a refund. They did refund the cost of the earrings (minus shipping), but it is very disappointing that they would not consider alternate packaging to allow for safe shipping. I have ordered bracelets and rings from Pura Vida for years. These were my first earrings from Pura Vida, and they will be my last.”
