“I was sent an email to review this product along with others I ordered 16 days ago but still haven't received. I emailed a couple days ago and got an automated reply back saying I would hear something in 1-2 days so I'm expecting to hear back from someone by tomorrow, if not I am canceling and requesting a refund. At this point I am willing to bet my order has been lost. I've ordered before and never had a problem and the fact that they would send me a review knowing when I ordered means they think I received my order already.”
