“After waiting and checking back on the tracking AND emailing with no response I was finally able to get someone on chat. She informed me they sold out. I was never defended or notified it was sold out. I think it is ver poor business ethics and customer service to just sit on a $90 order and just wait for the customer to reach out for a status update. These were gifts for my daughters birthday trip to Universal Orlando. And then the best they could do was a full refund or a credit to the store. No free shipping on future orders or discount code. And when I asked about replacing with the gold fidget rings, I was told they don’t have any available minus they are available on the site. *shoulder shrug*”
